Your Official Gear.com provides complete online stores featuring customized apparel and other gear for schools, businesses, teams, and youth organizations.   Before creating a store, Your Official Gear requires in its Agreement with any organization that it expressly state its legal right to use any logo, mascot, image or language.  By Agreement, we will not allow any organization to provide us with logos, mascots, images or language that infringes third party intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trademark, trade dress and right of publicity). We encourage you to contact us if you believe that one of the customized sites we have created somehow infringes on someone’s intellectual property rights.  If you contact us regarding any potential infringement, Your Official Gear.com will contact the organization for whom the customized store has been created and verify its right to use the logo, mascot, image or language.  We will, at our discretion, then make a determination whether to allow the customized store to continue operating, or to shut the store down. 

If you believe that your intellectual property has been used in a way that constitutes an infringement, please provide Your Official Gear.com's agent the written information specified below.  Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying Your Official Gear.com that your copyrighted material has been infringed.

An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the Intellectual Property Right;

A description of the work that you claim has been infringed upon;

A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on a customized store, including the URL for that store;

Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;

A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the Intellectual Property owner, its agent, or the law;

A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
